Gerrit Betz

Gerrit Betz currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at OptimizeRx since February 2023, following a decade-long tenure as U.S. Legal Counsel Director at Spread Group. Prior to that, Gerrit practiced as an Attorney at Exemplar Law, LLC, where corporate entities were formed, and corporate clients received counsel on investment, disputes, governance, and compliance matters. Gerrit's legal experience also includes internships and clerkships at Exemplar Law Partners, Federal District Court, Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, among others. Gerrit holds a JD from New England Law | Boston and a BA in Ethics, History, and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
