Karen Lauer

Karen Lauer has over 30 years of experience in product management. Most recently, from 2020 to present, they have been the Senior Vice President of Product Development at OptimizeRx. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Product Development at the same company from 2020 to 2023. Before joining OptimizeRx, Karen worked as a Product Management Consultant from 2020 to 2020.

From 2017 to 2020, Karen was self-employed in the Information Technology and Services industry, working as a Product Management Professional.

Karen also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Eliciting Insights from 2019 to 2020, and as a Product Manager (Contract) & Senior Director of Product Management at The SSI Group, LLC from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to that, Karen held various product management roles at Change Healthcare from 2012 to 2017, DaVita from 2011 to 2012, Emdeon from 2008 to 2011, Edgenet, Inc. from 2007 to 2008, and First Data Corporation from 1991 to 2006, where they served as the Senior Director of Product Management.

Karen Lauer attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they studied Fermentation Science. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as Pragmatic Certified Product Master, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, The Business of Data Science, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in the year 2020.
