Karin Hayes

Karin Hayes serves as the Senior Vice President of Analytics Products and Services at OptimizeRx, where leadership is provided in the design, development, and execution of innovative closed-loop, omni-channel marketing analytics solutions since January 2023. Previously, Karin held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Source Healthcare Analytics, Symphony Healthcare Solutions from November 2003 to January 2023, overseeing product development and marketing for a multi-dimensional integrated platform. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing at ArcLight Systems, managing marketing for longitudinal Rx informatics products, and as Director of Marketing and Strategy at OTN, where strategic marketing plans were developed. At Bristol Myers Squibb, Karin was recognized as Project Delta Team Leader, focusing on developing models and tools to understand customer segment influences, along with the role of Integrated HealthCare Manager, where strategic alliances and programs were developed and implemented. Karin holds a B.S. in Biology from UC Irvine.
