IVF coaching designed for patient resilience and clinic success.

Optimizing Fertility partners with fertility clinics and reproductive health practitioners to provide structured mindset coaching for patients in treatment.

Coaching helps patients manage stress, reduce anxiety, and stay engaged—especially after failed transfers or when facing complex decisions like doing another cycle or using donor eggs.

Clinics and providers refer when patients feel overwhelmed, need additional support, or are navigating setbacks that could disrupt treatment. This work helps patients stay mentally focused, emotionally resilient, and committed to next steps—without adding to the clinical workload.

The approach is grounded in clinical research, including findings from Dr. Alice Domar at Harvard, which show that patients who participate in mind-body programs during IVF are 2–3X more likely to conceive.

Optimizing Fertility is a trusted referral resource for IVF clinics, OB/GYNs, and women’s health providers.
