Dennis Osterlund

Dennis Osterlund has had a long and varied career in the business world. Dennis started at IBM in 2000 as a Retail Consulting and Solutions Executive, then moved on to become a Distribution Sector Executive and Partner - Retail & Transportation. In 2009, they left IBM to become the Chief Consultant & CEO of Optimizing Systems LLC, a specialized consulting and services company focusing on optimizing systems and stores. Dennis also began a private mediation practice in 2009, as a Mediator & Arbitrator.

Dennis Osterlund attended Oregon State University from 1976 to 1979, where they studied Business, Marketing, Management, and Electrical Engineering. In 2009, they completed a Certificate in Mediation from Harvard Law School.
