Mareike Jens

Mareike Jens is currently the Chief of Staff at Optiml, where they focus on enhancing the real estate industry's decarbonization efforts through a data-driven platform. With over 10 years of experience, Mareike previously worked as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they contributed to transformative projects across Europe and Africa, and played a key role in advocating for sustainability and technology adoption. Earlier in their career, Mareike gained valuable experience as an IT Consultant at IBM, managing key accounts and executing consulting projects in the automotive sector. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin and a Master of Science in Business & IT from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
