Jason Millard has worked in the software engineering industry since 1997. Jason began their career at MAX Control Systems as a Software Design Engineer, where they designed and co-developed an Informix to Microsoft Access database conversion utility and a software auditor application to assist LAN managers. In 1998, they moved to Lockheed Martin as a Senior Commercial Applications Software Engineer, where they maintained and fixed legacy software for an established multi-platform large scale system. In 1999, they became a Software Engineer for MRI of Trucksville, where they supported Customer Registration from initial transition to the USPS and redesigned Custom Oblix COREid Identity C++/Java interface. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer for Millard Software, where they designed and developed various software applications. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Software Engineer for Keynetx, Inc, where they supported the USPS web applications. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Sanofi as a Mobile SME, NA Solution Architect, and Senior Application Developer. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, they worked at OPTiMO Labs LLC as a Software Engineer and Part Principal, where they provided full Drupal web site development services and designed and developed Climate Source ClimateWise and Plant Hardiness mobile applications.

Jason Millard attended Penn State University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Science.
