Ryan Balara

Ryan Balara began their career in 2004 at Misericordia University as Adjunct Faculty, Systems Programmer Analyst, and Student Senior Network Technician. In the latter role, they were in charge of leading the student help desk team in effectively and efficiently handling student PC tickets. Ryan was also responsible for making sure student computers were up-to-date and protected on the campus network, as well as troubleshooting and repairing PC problems. In 2013, Ryan moved on to OPTiMO Information Technology, where they served as a Solutions Architect.

Ryan Balara began their educational journey by attending Penn State University from 2002 to 2004, studying Computer Engineering. Ryan then continued their studies at Misericordia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2006. In addition, Ryan has obtained several professional certifications, including ASP.NET 4.5 (MASTER) from Brainbench in 2014, Dell Online Self Dispatch from Dell in 2010, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services, USPS Public Trust Clearance from the United States Postal Service, and VMware Certified Professional from VMware.
