Dana Carr has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Dana began their career as an Account Executive at Stoner Bunting Advertising, where they managed clients' advertising and marketing budgets. Dana later became the Director of Brand Development at greene marketing before joining Dircks Associates as a Senior Account Executive. In 2006, Dana served as the Director of Marketing/Consultant at FanRocket.

In 2007, Dana joined PHE INC as an Email Marketing Manager, where they developed and managed email marketing strategies for the company's core group of buyers. Dana held this role for eight years and was responsible for analyzing email data and planning future campaigns.

From 2015 to 2017, Dana worked at Lenovo as the Global Email/CRM Strategy Manager and Email Marketing Specialist. In these roles, they managed global email marketing strategies, collaborated with international agencies, and ensured sales targets were met.

Dana then joined Diet Direct as a Senior Email Marketing Manager in 2017, followed by Email Aptitude in 2018 as a Sr. Email Strategist. At Email Aptitude, they were recognized as the #1 fastest-growing email agency in the country.

In 2018, Dana joined Elite SEM as a Sr. Email Strategist, CRM & Email, and eventually took on the role of Director of Email Marketing at Optimove in 2019. Dana continues to employ their expertise in email marketing and relationship management to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Dana Carr received a Bachelor's of Science of Journalism (BSJ) degree in Advertising, Marketing, and Creative Writing from Ohio University in the period of 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Ward Melville High School from 1991 to 1994.
