Customer Success Team Lead at Optimove

Liat Czerwonagora has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Liat started their career as a Coordinator at The Jewish Agency for Israel in 2009. Liat then worked as a Spanish Teacher at the American Alliance Institute from 2009 to 2011.

In 2007, Liat joined Hayarkon 48 Hostel as a Front Desk Receptionist and later became the Assistant Manager. Liat eventually became the General Manager, where they were responsible for managing a team of 15 employees, marketing and public relations, and content writing and maintenance of the hostel's website.

From 2013 to 2018, Liat worked at Gadot Information Services (SDC Group), starting as an Intelligence Analyst and later becoming a Senior Intelligence Analyst. Liat'sresponsibilities included OSINT gathering, market research, social media analysis, and analyzing the impact of geopolitical trends on ongoing projects. Liat also focused on AML investigations, asset tracing, compliance, and large-scale fraud cases.

Currently, they are working at Optimove, where they started as a Customer Success Manager in 2019 and later became a Customer Success Team Lead in April 2021.

Liat Czerwonagora earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government as well as a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tel Aviv University between 2007 and 2010.
