Noa Marcus has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in product management and customer success. At Optimove since December 2016, Noa has progressed from Solutions Engineer to Customer Success Team Leader, eventually becoming Product Team Lead and Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities include ownership of smart orchestration and optimization offerings, coaching new product members, and developing product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Prior to Optimove, Noa held various roles at EL AL Israel Airlines from December 2010 to September 2016, starting as a Flight Attendant and advancing to Customer Success Manager. Noa's earlier experience includes serving as a Combat Squadron Operator in the Israeli Air Force from September 2007 to September 2009. Noa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2016.
