Sam Zerfoss

Sam Zerfoss has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.

Sam began their career at Meltwater Group in 2011 as a Consultant and then went on to become a Senior Account Manager, Key Accounts, responsible for overseeing and developing a portfolio of high-revenue clients.

In 2014, Sam joined BrightEdge as part of the Strategic Accounts, Agency Partnerships team. Sam worked on building agency partnerships and leveraging customer service and industry knowledge to develop sales pipelines.

Sam then moved to AdRoll, a division of NextRoll, in 2016 where they served as a Senior Account Manager.

In 2018, they joined RollWorks, also a division of NextRoll, as an Enterprise Principal Account Manager. Sam later held positions such as Manager, Strategic Account Team, Head of Strategic Account Management, Director of Strategic Accounts, and most recently, Sr. Director, Account Management & Customer Success.

Their most recent role, starting in 2023, is as the VP of Customer Success, Americas at Optimove.

Throughout their career, Sam has demonstrated expertise in account management, customer success, and sales, consistently focusing on customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Sam Zerfoss earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Entrepreneurship/Small Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Sam also participated in a Study Abroad program in Journalism at City, University of London. Additionally, Sam holds a certification in Brightedge from the institution BrightEdge.
