Sofia Vainstein is a dedicated professional with a background in technical operations and data management. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Optimove since July 2025, Sofia previously held the position of Data Ops Team Lead at Syte from August 2021 to May 2025, where Sofia also worked as a Data Specialist. Sofia's early career included an internship in Operations and HR at OGC Global in 2020. Educationally, Sofia holds a degree in Entrepreneurship & Business from Reichman University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad del Pacífico.
