Tom Spinks

Tom Spinks is an experienced training and development professional with a focus on IT consultancy and business systems training. Since May 2014, Tom has served as the Creative Design Lead and Lead Training Consultant at Optimum Technology Transfer Ltd, where expertise lies in delivering bespoke training solutions that enhance user confidence and competence with new technologies. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions at Bupa from May 2005 to May 2014, including Senior Lead Training Consultant, where management of business-wide projects ensured high standards and effective learning outcomes, as well as positions as a Facilitation Consultant and Trainer, providing flexible training services and high-quality classroom experiences. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Professional Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2004.
