Jeff Handley

Jeff Handley is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Site Superintendent at Optimum Construction since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Project Engineer at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. from April 2022 to February 2023 and worked as a Field Engineer at HENSEL PHELPS between August 2017 and April 2022. Jeff started a career in construction as an intern at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company during the summers of 2015 and 2016. Jeff holds an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology with a Carpentry emphasis from Williamson College of the Trades.
