Arunima Pathak

Arunima Pathak began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at dhampurgreen.com, where they managed the procurement and distribution of the product for distributors and vendors across multiple states. In 2014, they took on the role of Customer Service Associate at Didi's Women Welfare. In 2015, they were a Project Coordinator at Club América, and from 2016 to 2022, they held two positions at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank: Manager and Assistant Manager. In their roles at Utkarsh, Arunima supervised staff of 15 personnel, maintained financial accuracy, managed the BUP process for new prospects, achieved personal sales goals, and proactively guided the sales activities of the platform staff. In 2022, they began their current role as Project Manager at Optimum Consultancy Services.

Arunima Pathak has a PGDM in Business Administration and Management, General from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Lucknow. Arunima has also obtained certifications from Coursera, Texas School of Continuing Education & Recruitment, and Scrum Alliance, including a Google Project Management Professional Certificate (2022), Business Analyst for IT Professional Certification (2021), and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) (2022).
