James Honce

James Honce is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Meriplex since November 2015, following the merger with Optimum, James previously held the position of Field Engineer, providing on-site client support. Prior to Meriplex, James worked at First Data Corporation from September 1996 to November 2014 as a Distributed Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included managing a large-scale Active Directory environment impacting over 23,000 users. Earlier roles include Field Service Engineer at Arrowhead Industries and Field Engineer/Shift Supervisor at CAE~LINK Corporation, focusing on computer and server installations as well as simulator maintenance. James holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVRY Institute of Technology.
