Currently serving as a Sr. Product Designer for Conversational AI at Optimum, Anne leads the design of AI-powered chat and voice experiences. Prior roles include AI Experience Designer for Chatbots at LexisNexis Legal, where measurable improvements in efficiency were achieved, and multiple positions within the Tech Fleet Community DAO, focusing on UX research and design. Earlier experience as a Senior Product Manager at The Inclusive Group involved strategic roadmap development for innovative technology for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Anne started a self-employed venture as a conversation designer and holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
