Christopher Clarke

Christopher Clarke has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations, serving as Senior Vice President at Optimum from January 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included leading HR shared services and providing strategic guidance on total rewards programs. Prior roles at Optimum included Vice President for Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations, and Vice President for Compensation and Benefits, during which significant achievements included the design of a "pay for performance" compensation program that emphasized high performance and accountability. Prior to Optimum, Christopher served as a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Buck Consultants, managing a $3M book of business for employee benefit consulting. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Mathematics from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
