Jeff Chatlos

Jeff Chatlos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and transformation. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Transformation at Optimum, Jeff fosters a culture of continuous improvement and ensures alignment between business strategy and execution. Previous roles include Principal Technology Solutions Manager and Director at AT&T, where project management and operational excellence were key responsibilities, as well as roles at DIRECTV focused on digital customer care and strategic management of support channels. Jeff's professional journey began as a Technology Analyst at eToys and included a background in event coordination with the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Gregory’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from William Jewell College.
