Jung Cho

Jung Cho is currently the Senior Director of Transformation at Optimum, where they drive organizational change and improvement initiatives. Previously, Jung held multifaceted roles at AT&T, including Senior Manager positions in Field Operations and Technology Solutions. Between 2012 and 2014, Jung served as Operations Director at Uplift Education, overseeing the launch of new schools and managing significant operational and budgetary responsibilities. Jung also has experience in community-focused roles, having worked with Hartford Public Schools and the American Samoa Department of Education. Currently, Jung is pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Education from Harvard University.
