Monica Thomas

Monica Thomas is a dedicated and accomplished Senior Training Manager with over 13 years of experience in the BPO industry. Currently, they serve as a Senior Training Manager at Optimum and have held the position of Training Manager at Concentrix since 2020. Previously, Monica worked as a Trainer at Xerox and as a Training Manager at Hinduja Global Solutions PH, where they optimized team operations and enhanced customer experience. They also have experience as a Trainer/Facilitator at 24-7 Intouch.
