Currently serving as the Senior Director of Inbound Retention at Optimum, Ryan has previously held leadership roles at various organizations, including Expedia Group and Sutherland, where they managed substantial teams and implemented quality improvement programs. With a strong background in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and bilingual communication, Ryan continues to excel in enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. They are currently enrolled at The University of Memphis.
