Vincent D'Amore

Vincent (Vince) D'Amore is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of management experience, currently serving as the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager at Optimum, a role held since 2016. Vince has a robust background in call center management, customer service, technical support, process improvement, and quality assurance testing. Previously, Vince held various positions at Cablevision, including Optimum Voice Manager, where responsibilities included managing escalations and overseeing quality control. Vince began their career at UPS and has also worked at Martin-Brower and Hirsch International, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence throughout their career. Vince holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Science from Farmingdale State University of New York.
