Vinny Guerrera

Vinny Guerrera has extensive experience in customer relations and shared services operations, having worked at Optimum from January 2018 to January 2020 in various managerial roles, including Shared Services Operations Supervisor and Manager of CECR. Prior to this, Vinny served at Cablevision from January 2014 to May 2017 as a Corporate Executive Customer Relations Specialist and held previous positions such as Advanced Service Representative.
