Bruce Bartlett is the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Optinova, where they lead sales strategy and drive revenue growth. With a background in managing business operations and innovative marketing strategies, Bruce previously served as the Deputy Director of Specialty Chemicals at Nisso America Inc., overseeing the acquisition of a chemical distribution business unit. Prior to that, as the Key Account and Marketing Manager at Showa Denko, Bruce achieved significant sales growth through strategic business development. Bruce started their career as a Sales Application Engineer at Future Digital Scientific and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
