Harald Wright

Harald Wright is currently a Senior Manager of Business Operations at Optio, where they advise on equity plan projects and oversee operational efficiencies. Previously, Harald held the role of Commercial Manager at Optio Incentives, achieving significant growth in net sales. They also served as Head of Equity Investments, leading a team and implementing scalable initiatives. Before their tenure at Optio, Harald coached junior athletes and gained experience in sales at Milsluker’n Sport. They hold a master's degree in siviløkonomi from Handelshøyskolen BI.
