Tom Lock

Tom Lock is currently the Head of Insurer Partnerships - Claims at Optio, where they lead initiatives to enhance collaboration and transparency in claims operations. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Vitesse and a Claims Relationship Manager at AXA Insurance Company from 2022 to 2025. Their earlier career includes positions as a Counter Fraud Investigator and Claims Risk Analyst at AXA, as well as a Claims Risk Executive at Hastings Direct. Tom holds a degree in Higher Education from Samuel Ward and has studied Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation at the University of Portsmouth.
