Anil leads the financial services business in India and is a specialist in acquiring General Management talent. Under his leadership, our Mumbai office has successfully launched and built new product coverage and business lines in India and South Asia. Through extensive market research and the market intelligence platform of OGiQ, Anil has helped myriad financial institutions execute human capital growth strategies and restructure existing teams. Prior to joining Options Group in 2011, he was Principal Consultant & Head BFSI with Venator Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm. Anil has a very strong track record in the field of Consumer & Commercial Banking, Markets, Broking, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Insurance.

Anil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
