Patrick Harman

Patrick Harman is a Partner at Options Group, based in the New York Office. He joined the firm in 2014 and maintains a key leadership position within the equities practice. Patrick has served as an advisor to both buy and sell side clients for over 15 years, with particular expertise within equities. For the past three years he has managed a team responsible for the firm’s Equity Derivatives work, completing over 100 searches globally in the sub-sector. Patrick also focuses on Quant Research & Analytics, with coverage spanning Trading, Sales, Structuring, Quantitative Analytics, Research and Cross Asset QIS. He is responsible for hundreds of placements in the US and EMEA, and is viewed as a highly regarded strategic partner bringing keen insight and analytics to all client mandates.

In addition to his managerial responsibilities for the Equities business, Pat is a key client partner for the firm’s industry leading buy side quant business where he has completed a wide range of searches across Quant Trading, Research and Development. Prior to Options Group, Pat worked at a number of reputable firms in London (2005-2014) where he covered Equity Derivatives Structuring, Equity Derivatives Sales, EM Structuring and Fund Derivatives.

Pat Received his LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham.
