Paul Tapp

aul is an Executive Director and has been at Options Group for over a decade. He focuses on searches in the equities and execution services spaces. During his tenure with the firm, Paul has completed searches in Delta One, Program Trading and DMA, Equity Financing, Equity Cash Trading and Sales Trading, Flow and Structured Equity Derivatives Sales. Prior to Options Group, Paul was a search consultant at Longbridge in the financial services recruitment practice. He also spent six years in the British Army having graduated from Officer Training at Sandhurst.

Paul earned a Bachelors in Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
