Tyler Jackson

Tyler is Head of the Options Group Singapore office and joined Options Group in 2002 in Japan. Prior to relocating to Singapore, Tyler was the Head of the Options Group Tokyo office. His main area of coverage is Fixed Income, focused mainly in the Asia Pacific region, primarily covering Rates, FX, and Commodities. He covers both buy-side and sell-side clients in the region, specializing in talent acquisition, development and retention of senior level professionals in all areas of trading, sales, structuring and quantitative analytics in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Tyler is at the forefront of pioneering a new generation of human talent management solutions, through the firm’s technologies where research meets recruiting for optimal strategic results. Its key differentiators capture real-time intelligence through a proprietary talent acquisition platform and original primary research with leading market participants on trends, issues, challenges, key performers, and competitor benchmarking. Tyler leads a team with members across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia; comprised of several PhD-level as well as former industry professionals. Tyler and his team partner with both banks and buy side clients including hedge funds, asset managers and trading houses by making a targeted approach to the .01% population of quantitative and technical minds. Tyler oversees the execution of full life cycle recruitment and has partnered closely with senior-level management and founders at client firms, enabling the firm to "set trends," advising clients on overall market behavior, including the threats and challenges facing them. Before joining Options Group, Tyler served as the Head of Global Distribution at an investor relations/corporate communications company which advised publically traded Japanese companies on foreign investment.

Tyler graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
