Kieran O'Connor

Kieran O'Connor has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kieran began their career as an Accounts employee at Lawrence Laboratories Pharmaceutical in 2005. In 2007, they participated in the Washington Ireland Program and also worked as a Research Intern at National Strategies, Inc. In 2008, they joined the Washington Ireland Program for Service and Leadership as a Program Assistant and General Office Manager. Kieran later became a member of the Management Team before leaving in 2009 to work as a Legislative Intern at the Office of US Senator Kent Conrad. In 2010, O'Connor worked in the Press Office of The Social Democratic and Labour Party before joining Lough Shore Investments as an Associate. In 2012, they became the General Manager of Lough Shore Investments and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of People & Talent at Options Technology and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, overseeing recruitment, people operations, learning and development, human resources, and other related areas.

Kieran O'Connor obtained a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Limerick, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree at the same institution from 2002 to 2006. During their undergraduate studies, Kieran's field of study encompassed various areas, including Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, and Marketing.
