Laura McCann

Laura McCann has extensive work experience in the financial and corporate sectors. Laura began their career with a placement at Barclays Corporate Banking in 2007, where they served as a Corporate Services Executive. In 2009, Laura joined NYSE Euronext as a Senior Finance Associate, specializing in Global Infrastructure. Laura held this position until 2014. In the same year, they also started working at SR Labs as an EMEA Financial Controller until 2016. Laura then moved on to Vela Trading Technologies where they served as a Global Financial Controller from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Laura is employed as a Vice President and Corporate Controller at Options Technology, a position they have held since 2016.

Laura McCann completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance from Queens University Belfast. Laura pursued further education and obtained a fully qualified CGMA ACMA degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In addition, Laura obtained a certification from The Power Business School in September 2022.
