Matthew Ballantyne

Matthew Ballantyne is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as VP Support & Operations at Options Technology since September 2016, Matthew oversees a large team spanning four continents, focusing on technical innovation and team development. Key achievements include implementing Cisco UCCX for call center operations, introducing live customer satisfaction reporting, and developing in-house products for skill enhancement. Previously, Matthew held a role as a Technical Support Analyst, providing high-level support for global IT infrastructure.
