Patrick Collins

Patrick Collins has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Patrick started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Software Engineer at Liberty Information Technology, where they worked for a period of five months. In 2013, they joined AIB as a Placement Ab Initio Developer and served for one year. In 2017, they joined Options Technology as a Technical Support Engineer for a brief period of five months before transitioning to the role of a Cyber Security Engineer, where they worked for a duration of six years. Currently, Patrick holds the position of Director, Threat and Vulnerability Management at Options Technology, which they have been in since February 2023.

Patrick Collins attended Belfast Metropolitan College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a FD Software Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering. Patrick then went on to Queen's University Belfast, where they studied from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
