Sarah Adrain has work experience in two companies. Sarah started their career at Servasport in 2015 as a Business & Support Analyst. In this role, they worked in an Agile environment, provided support to large clients through email and telephone, and performed QA tasks including User Acceptance Testing. Sarah worked at Servasport until September 2016. In 2017, they joined Options Technology as a Technical Support Engineer. Sarah then progressed to the role of Technical Account Manager in July 2018, and currently holds the position of Director, Account Management starting from June 2022.
Sarah Adrain earned a degree in Computing and Information Technology from Queen's University Belfast, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained additional certifications, including a Power MBA from ThePower Business School in October 2022, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021.
