Laney Nelson, PE, ENV SP, is currently a Senior Solution Engineer at OptiRTC, where they focus on innovative water management solutions. Previously, they held roles at Arup as a Senior Water Engineer and at Woodard & Curran as an Engineer. Laney began their career with internships at Tetra Tech and HDR, gaining valuable experience in water and wastewater engineering. They earned both their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
