Kaylene Dawson is a consultant specializing in outsourced General Counsel and Company Secretarial services for various clients. With a rich background in legal, commercial, and non-profit advisory roles, Kaylene has held positions as General Counsel and Company Secretary across multiple organizations, including Hemideina Pty Ltd and Cyban Pty Ltd. Kaylene has worked as a solicitor at Allens Linklaters and served as an Associate to Justice Finkelstein in the Federal Court of Australia.
