Dan Ricks has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and additive manufacturing techniques. With a background in designing RF components and antennas, Dan has worked for companies like OPTISYS, L3 Technologies, and the Air Force Test Center. Dan has also been involved in research and development projects at Brigham Young University, where Dan obtained both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering. At ATK, Dan gained valuable experience as an engineering intern. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated strong analytical and design skills, as well as the ability to lead projects and incorporate innovative technologies.

Optisys manufactures an RF design and metal additive to provide metal 3D printed antenna products for aerospace and defense applications. Its products enable groundbreaking system and product performance through low SWaP-C, and solution capability and are enabled by the novel design process and metal additive manufacturing for component production.
