Tim Schulz is a self-driven and perceptive project executive currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at OPTISYS. With extensive experience in P&L management, engineering, and program management, Tim has led teams to achieve significant performance improvements across various industries, including aerospace and defense. Previously holding key positions such as Director of Operations at Spincraft and Director of Project Management at L3Harris Technologies, Tim has successfully managed complex projects, established long-term agreements with major firms, and improved operational efficiencies through strategic planning and change management. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and continues to apply advanced principles to evolve organizational performance.
