Jake Lyons

Jake Lyons is a seasoned client management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Client Manager at Optiv since September 2022, Jake previously held the role of Senior Account Manager at both Trace3 and Optio Data, where expertise in Private Cloud Infrastructure, Data Management, Networking, and Security was developed. Prior to this, Jake worked as a Senior Account Manager at Great Lakes Computer, contributing to the successful merger with Optio Data. Additional experience includes roles as a Loan Originator at Home Acceptance Corporation and a Senior Technology Specialist at Sprint. Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Sustainable Business Administration from Green Mountain College.
