Jeremy Simpson

Jeremy Simpson has extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as a Cyber Operations Manager specializing in Threat Hunting at Optiv since February 2014. In this role, Jeremy leads a team focused on threat hunting across various client environments, develops standardized threat hunting reports, and automates processes to enhance efficiency. Previous positions at Optiv include Senior Threat Analyst and Threat Analyst Manager, during which Jeremy launched EDR products, managed a 25-person team, and generated actionable insights for clients to improve their network security. Prior to joining Optiv, Jeremy worked as a Cryptological Technician Networks, gaining expertise in computer network defense and various IPS/IDS applications. Jeremy holds an Associate's degree in Arts from the University of Phoenix.
