Jim Wallace

Jim Wallace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and threat management, currently serving as an Advisor II at Optiv Inc since October 2019. With a distinguished military career as a Cyberspace Warfare Operations Officer in the Air National Guard since 1995, Jim has developed and administered crucial cyber operations training and has acted as a subject matter expert in cyber threat intelligence. Prior roles include positions at Palo Alto Networks, SecureWorks, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and others, where Jim has contributed to pre-sales support, IT infrastructure management, and technical project management. Jim holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UMass Boston, complemented by a high school diploma in Electronics from Don Bosco Tech.
