Matt Cargle

Matt Cargle has extensive experience in information security and contact center solutions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and previously as a Senior MSS Security Engineer at Optiv Inc since June 2014, Matt administers various technologies related to Information Security, including Symantec and Palo Alto products. Prior to this role, Matt spent eight years with the State of Georgia as a Program Director, where responsibilities included designing an enterprise-wide Avaya VoIP ACD solution for major state agencies. Additional experience includes positions as a Program Manager and Systems Analyst in which Matt designed and implemented solutions for contact centers, as well as a Supervisor at Vericenter, where service levels were significantly improved. Education includes studies at Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University Perimeter College.
