Matthew Cook

Matthew Cook, MS, is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and program management. They have a background in cyber threat analysis and threat intelligence operations, with a strong command of NIST and DFARS frameworks. Matthew previously served as the PALS Coordinator at Half Hollow Hills Community Library from 2006 to 2019, where they managed library automation software and trained staff. They worked as a Program Manager-Cyber at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2014 to 2021 and are currently the Cybersecurity Program Manager at Optiv, as well as involved in cybersecurity program management at Raytheon from 2021 to 2024. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the State University of New York Empire State College.
