Nicholas Barrett

Nicholas Barrett, MSCIS, serves as a Practice Manager at Optiv since July 2022, overseeing the successful delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity projects while also mentoring consultants and shaping market strategies. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Technical Manager at Optiv, ensuring the technical aspects of PAM projects were effectively delivered. From October 2013 to July 2022, Nicholas was the Managing Partner of the Security Practice at Resultsys Security, specializing in CyberArk engagements. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at BeyondTrust and a Technical Account Manager at Cyber-Ark Software, where implementation management for Cyber-Ark customers was a key responsibility. Earlier in Nicholas's career, positions included Professional Services Consultant at Guardium, Senior Operator in the STAR Program at Quinnipiac University, and Help Desk support at TracyLocke. Nicholas earned a BS/MS in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University between 2000 and 2005.
