Phil Knight

Phil Knight is a seasoned professional in client operations and service assurance with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Client Operations at Optiv since May 2016, Phil leads efforts to manage cyber risk and enhance clients’ security postures. Prior to Optiv, Phil held various roles at Arkadin from July 2005 to June 2015, culminating in a managerial position overseeing service assurance for North American customers. Throughout this career, Phil has demonstrated a consistent track record of exceeding goals, managing client relationships, and implementing effective service improvement strategies, particularly with Fortune 500 firms. Phil holds a degree from Northern Illinois University.
