Prateek Chatterjee

Prateek Chatterjee is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Lead of HR Operations at Optiv since September 2023. Previously, Prateek held the position of HR Operations Analyst at Sphera, where notable achievements included spearheading the platform migration from Ceridian Dayforce to Workday and managing off-boarding processes across multiple regions. In earlier roles at Neutrinos and HR Global Services India LLP, Prateek improved payroll efficiencies and implemented comprehensive HR policies, respectively. Prateek began a career at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst, transitioning from technical roles to HR operations. Prateek holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology and is pursuing certification as a Human Resource Generalist from the International Institute of Human Resources.
