Rob Gregory

Rob Gregory is an experienced information security professional currently serving as VP and Chief Information Security Officer at Optiv since July 2025. Previously, Rob held the position of AVP and Chief Information Security Officer at Security Benefit from January 2020 to July 2025, and served as Lead Information Security Engineer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka from November 2016 to January 2020. Rob began the career in the US Army, where responsibilities included Information Assurance Manager as a Chief Warrant Officer 2 from June 2008 to November 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Kansas, a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Network Security, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
